Ok, I put aside my other blog about Johnny Depp to write this when this article came to my attention. No scratch that, it actually came to my attention in the middle of the night last night but I had to let it stew and simmer a bit to see if it was just going to amuse me a little or piss me off.

Well it did the latter and I am sure some of you will be saying, oh Nan don’t be so sensitive or others will be saying —> see see, she is an old fat cat lady and is all butt hurt over this one little thing. Ah, contraire my little precious ones. Yeah I am a little offended maybe just a little but I have made peace with the fact that I am fat, HELL, half of America is fat, we are the most unhealthy obese nation in the world so, I fit right in not to mention the average size of the American woman is a size 12. PLUS, I have a 2 year plan and have set my goals so I am good to go but this blog is not about me or my sheer will to be healthy ~ mentally or otherwise.

This is about some ass munch, Mike Jeffries that actually said some stupid shit to the PUBLIC about how he doesn’t think fat people deserve to wear his clothing line nor does he want “fatties” shopping in his stores because it will drive all the cool kids away. Umm, yes, that was just a big thud from my jaw dropping ONCE AGAIN on to my keyboard.

If THIS is sexy then I would rather be dead…I am sorry but what guy would even want to fuck that? I mean it is a bag of bones with a pretty face

So first off, what about being thin makes someone popular?  I have seen plenty of thin girls get ostracized just as much as fat girls but yeah we live in a superficial society and people are judged, I get it. Even I am not that sheltered or in denial BUT this guy is only talking about XL sizes for women, not men….yeah that’s right, women.  He goes on further to say the only reason he carries the men’s sizes is because some athletes are larger. So if a fat kid (boy) comes in and is looking at the XL rack does he get chased away like some hoard of bees circling their precious honey pot? No, I don’t think so.  This is just a cheap shot that it’s OK for men to be a little portly but women, no fucking way they need to be anorexic and thin and look like they are on a one way trip to Zimbabwe to be “beautiful”.

To add insult to injury, the guy saying this, is so fugly I spit my carrot juice all over my lap when I looked up a picture of him.  I mean how many plastic surgeries can a guy have before the doc or a good friend politely tells you, dude it is JUST not working, give it up.  This guy talks about wanting to be in the “in crowd” or with the cool kids, I think he is over compensating just a bit.  Let me guess he drives a Porsche and has an 18 year old boy toy or girlfriend (whatever is his thing) just to feel like he is “all that and a bag of chips, oh and has a big dick too, can’t forget that 😉

The first thing that this guy and everyone else needs to figure out is that

kids whether they are mean or not do not ALWAYS judge you on whether you are a size double zero or not, unfortunately at my daughters school it seems to be all about the brand clothes you wear and the things you have which for me tends to be an issue living in the situation I do.  I wish I could be like my parents were and just give her everything she wanted, well except the part about them not giving a shit what I was doing as long as I wasn’t bothering them but back to this blog…..

So if you want to, you can blindly go into an Abercrombie and Fitch and buy to your little hearts content and be one of the “cool kids”; that’s fine but what are you really saying by doing that?  Are their clothes really that great? I mean you are paying for a name not the quality or awesomeness of the look or product. TRUST ME, I was young, hot and snobby once too.  If you want nice quality clothes by Ralph Lauren or there are plenty of other designers that make decent rags to wear that don’t employ pompous asses to front and sell their brand.  Let’s see exactly what Mr. Mike Jefferies via Business Insider had to say about all of this:

“He doesn’t want larger people shopping in his store, he wants thin and beautiful people,” Lewis said. “He doesn’t want his core customers to see people who aren’t as hot as them wearing his clothing. People who wear his clothing should feel like they’re one of the ‘cool kids.’”

I might have had REALLY BAD 80’s hair but i was not a “fattie” as this Abercrombie fuck tard would suggest ~ size 10 and feeling just fine

The largest size for women at Abercrombie is a size 10 and I hate to tell you, when I was 19 and 20, I looked fucking really good, had a hot body with a totally flat stomach and a nice ass but I wore a size 9/10 because on my frame, I looked like shit any smaller than that. Of course this is before they changed the sizing to pander to all the girls’ egos who now when they purchase a size 5 or so are actually wearing around the same size I did back then.  I figure it would have to be that way considering my daughter is exactly the same size and almost the same weight (she weighs more) yet she wears a size five in today’s market, so they can invent sizes like zero and double zero so girls can feel super skinny or something.  Seriously. Why? Can’t we just reflect a healthy body image and call the size what it really is and quit competing with each other to be a cool kid or whatever the hell this ass fuck is talking about?

American Eagle and H&M figured it out. I mean they don’t sell sizes that super big kids can wear but they certainly go up to high enough sizes that even girls that don’t feel like perpetually sticking their finger down their throat after every lunch can fit in with no problem and still fit in.

This is Kaela Humphries and she is a size 16 and GORGEOUS!!!!! I WISH I looked as beautiful as her right now but I will again and it doesn’t matter what some half wit says about the size you wear. It MATTERS how much you love yourself and how HEALTHY you want to be 🙂

dumb fuck about what does or doesn’t constitute being popular.  Perfection does not exist and if you don’t love yourself body and soul no one is ever going to love you. I am not gonna sell you a pile of crap about inner beauty although it does exist but in this world there are not enough people who are pure of heart enough and can take the blinders off long enough to see it.   It IS important to live a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy, falling back on the whole inner beauty thing is a trap that a lot of people fall into because it is easier than just working hard and doing the right thing but in the end, girls do what’s right for you but just know that there is always one person who loves you for who you are and not what you look like or for the clothes you wear.
